This is so important. They were very responsive to my requests of coding changes and preferences. They were as quick as possible, given the time zone difference, to resolve issues. They did a great job translating my Fireworks PNGs to XHTML. There are some coding things that I would have done a little differently, but everything is to code and using them was very helpful. If you have a particularly small website you will be pleased at the time and cost savings. On larger sites, you are looking at a unique page completed per day. They are absolutely worth the money. More importantly, I love the kind of professional attitude these guys possess towards their work. I have worked with many web design/development agencies from India/Romania/China but had not seen any have their team work until 4:00 am to fulfill client commitment, until I came across PixelCrayons. They are a breath of fresh air, when it comes to outsourcing. Starting with a single project, we now have a team of over 7 dedicated resources with them and are planning to add 3 more.
